Kid 2 Kidz: Hi, my name is Matt. I'm a blogger who wants to help kids learn how to express their anger and emotions through my own experiences and learned coping skills. I live with my aunt and uncle and I have three biological siblings and four adopted siblings. I am proud to say that I will soon graduate from my six-month program in teaching me how to manage my anger so I don't hurt those that I love and destroy property. I am very proud that I learned how to use my coping skills and identify emotions before I get angry. I am proud of what I have learned and thankful for those who have taught me. I hope my blog will be a great place for other kids like me to learn about anger management from a kid's point of view. I am always adding to my list of coping skills.
