Feelings Charts

These are my feelings charts they help me communicate to my parents how I am feeling. I use six frames for these charts, because I can experience several emotions at once. I use several frames, because I can become overwhelmed and frustrated if I only have one frame. I made these feelings charts with the help of Nicole and Melissa.

Instructions to make your own feelings charts:

  1. Construction Paper
  2. Markers
  3. Colored Pencils
  4. Pencil
  5. Pen
  6. Ruler
  7. Scissors
  • Fold your construction paper in half 3 times.
  • Unfold your construction paper. You should have 8 rectangles.
  • Take your black marker and trace over the fold marks.
  • Draw a face in each rectangle to show an emotion
  • Draw what makes you feel that emotion above the face
  • Write the word of the emotion below the face
  • Color your pictures
  • Have an adult help you laminate your charts
