Catching Up

Since the last time I wrote,I started school and started violin class. So far I have learned the names of the strings.  This week we are finally going to learn how to use the bow.  my violin is a terrific coping skill.  I have a song I have been practicing it is fun.  I am thinking 6th grade is easier  than  5th.                                                                                                                                                                                                   



                                                                

what I've been doing

I've been just practcing my sign language and been with my dad at his work. I taked to my sister on tusday. she is back in michigan now but she will be back on christams.  I'm sorry I know that I said I wood poot picks on here of my track but my dad and I have not been able to do more on it.  And I start scool on the 29th I'm going in 6th grade.

Soon I'm going to post pick of my trak but  me and my dad have've been able to do any work on it.  Rite now we only have a mini cooper and 2 police cars one police car is a black mustang and a white shevy camaro.  I'm looking for anyother cars on ebay maybe a 56 F100 or a ford MUSTANG! or a camaro. I think that's all the cars.  My trak is the 2nd best coping skill.

sad news

My sister is leving this tuesday.   My grandparents my brother and I are taking her to sacramento and maybe my cousin.  But we had a ok time. She was out here for a week. My sister lives in michigan. She mite come and visit on the holidays. We and my bruther and my sister are finding it herd. Last nigt I went up in my room and did my coping box.  And I thank the TBS teme for helping me to remember to do my box wen I need it.

what's going on

My sister got here wednesday. Yesterday me my brother and my sister went to malibu. Saderday my grandparents my sister my brother and my mom and dad and me maybe going on a train ride I don't know were. all I know is it's a long ride. I'm going to put pics on soon of my sister and my brother.  me and my mom graduated from are sign language class.  I rote a big paragraph on my blog but I forgot to post it. it taked about my sister coming on wednesday. And yesterday at malibu me my sister and my brother went on the gokarts they probably went 20 miles mph hour.

I'm sorry I've busy  with my sign language and track.  My dad is making the picks into a video of the track we've been working on.  He's doing it today.   we have trees grass rocks and a little spot with people camping and a park ranger talking with them.  And we've been making houses too. we also made a tire shop and a Fresh fruit stand and now a fishing tackle shop.

This summer I'm going to see my sister who lives in michigan . Me and my sister and brother are maybe going to the movies or go karts.  She's maybe going to be down for 1 week or 3. I havent seen her for 9 years.

My track is the best coping skill wen I need to tack spase.  My dad is getting some cars for the track.   We
are not going to have it as a rase track. We are going to have it as a city. I'm getting picks to poot on here.

part 2

I forgot to mention.What emotions I was feeling when my lunch was taken. I was feeling sad and hungry. But I did not let my emotions explode when I got home.I talked to my mom when I got home.  And used my charts.  And my teacher the next day.  And TBS has helped me tell people how I 'm feeling when I'm not ok.

school

At school during lunch. I had half of my lunch taken away by 2 boys. I told my mom and my teacher.  My teacher told the principal and given them a referal and called their parents.  They wrote me a letter saying sorry.

I got some things for my coping box win I graduated from TBS. Here is the picks from the TBS grad.

Good Things

In 14 days I am going to graduate.  I think I'm  ready to graduate.  I've made cards for the TBS team.

I have D.A.R.E. every Tuesday.   Tomorrow my class has a tour of the police car.  I will post pictures.  tomorrow night.

Sign Language

Saturday was a happy day we want to our first ASL class. I was very happy. My teacher said that we would feel excited, frustrated, happy, confused, overwhelmed and may at times feel that we should never have decided to learn another language.

It is nice to know that even grown ups can feel this way.

I think this is perfect timing because I now know how to control my anger. My ASL class will will make me feel these emotions sometimes. It is like a test. I think that TBS was perfect timing since they taught me how to deal with these emotions.

 Now I know how to manage my anger. My homework is to know all my letters and numbers up to 30.

I found out where my  sister lives I have not seen her since I was a baby she is 14.  I made 6 cards for the TBS team I think I brought it up before I am graduating from TBS.

Today

Today I want to our ASL Assembly I ran in to some friends I did not know that they were in ASL.  It was a surprise!

I am grduating from TBS I am having a graduating party.  I will put pictures on the blog.

Anger

This weekend I was feeling  frustrated because....  when given an answer I didn't understand.  This made me feel frustrated and confused. I had to take space and later realized when I was able to talk about it, I should have gone to my coping skills box when I was feeling frustrated. I later realized that my frustration turned to anger. Next time, I will try my coping skills when I get that funny feeling in my stomach which means I am feeling frustrated. I will try and use my coping skills before I get angry.

I have been making bracelets for my friends and family. I really enjoy making them. I made a cool Mustang bracelet for me tonight with the initials M and K for me and my brother. I will post pictures of my bracelets tomorrow night.

Found keys

Yesterday I found my keys to my bike lock it made me happy.  I am glad that I found them. I found them in my jacket pocket.
